It is quite possible to create a money making venture out of your loft if you are trying to find some ways of making some extra money. For most of us, our lofts are the place where we put our junk. But this space that you are not really using wisely can be cleared out and then turned into a place where you can make some money. You can actually make quite a bit of money every month provided you are clever about how you use this room.
- The first thing to do in order to make a bit of money is to take the junk that you have cleared out and then sell it. You can either do this online with something like eBay or use the more traditional methods like a boot sale. - Use the money you make from selling all that junk to begin turning your attic into a guest room or office. You can soon start making a nice profit from this so even if it means you have to borrow money to do it.
- Once you have your guest room or office complete you can then start renting it out and watch the money flow in.
- Renting out your attic space as a storage area is another way to make money without having to go to the same amount of expense. You would be far better storing someone else's stuff in your attic and charging them for the privilege if you are only planning on keeping it as a storage area anyway.
If you use your imagination you will be able to come up with plenty more ways to make money from your loft; all you have to do is put your thinking cap on.
